My experience with Ayurvedic Therapy Online
Hola a todos, I want to share my exclusive therapeutic experience with Ayurveda. I am a professional tourist guide in Barcelona, Spain. I recently started following the ayurvedic lifestyle that has transformed me to a better person with a healthy diet and natural wellness.
My exotic journey in the beautiful tourist destination Spain started with a profession as a tourist guide. Spain has mostly the Mediterranean climate, and is characterized by warm/hot and dry summers. With the most breathtaking landscapes dotted by buzzling cities, Spain is all about sand, food and alluring beaches that endlessly draw tourists from all over the world.
I love my profession as a tourist guide wherein I get to meet people from all over the world and engage them in the most beautiful tourist spots in Spain. Madrid and Barcelona are always heavily buzzing with tourists.
As a Spaniard we love food, leisure activities and chilling out with friends. The Spanish restaurants are always sprawling with both Spaniards and regular tourists because of the most authentic multi-cuisines dashed with a flavour of olive oil and their main dish as Paella. Well, some say Paella is Spanish national food but most Spaniards state it as a Valencian dish!
Barcelona has always had the most tourist population, and I was always on the go with people, engaging them with beautiful locales and food. For quite some time, I ended up eating all kinds of food to keep pace with my busy schedule. This took a toll on my health and I used to get sick often that hindered my professional life.
How I found this Ayurvedic consultation online?
Being a busy professional tourist guide I hadn’t had enough time to get my body checked with Doctors by physically visiting a nearby clinic and I used to end up with simple medications that gave me only short term relief. Then out of stressful health, I kept searching for online consultation with doctors and there I found ASHAexperience – The Ayurvedic healing community for Holistic healthcare and natural wellness.
The word Healing quickly embraced my stressful health and connected me emotionally. I started understanding their ayurvedic concept of healing and their many ayurvedic doctors from around the world. I found Dr. Dinu from Spain with expertise in digestive system management that immediately clicked me.
I got an immediate appointment with Dr. Dinu. I found this virtual ayurvedic consultation to be the most comforting way to take care of my health issues. The ayurvedic doctor quickly understood my professional life and suggested me with easy mediterranean food that is recommended by ayurveda for holistic healing of my current health issues. I quickly started following the ayurvedic guidelines on food intake along with the time of intake from day one and took care of my eating habits.
Dr. Dinu was a constant support for me taking care of my wellness habits and that was more encouraging for me to follow this ayurvedic practice. Within a week, I could see immense benefits in my health getting healed with respect to digestion of food that improved my metabolism making me active all through the day. Surprisingly, I am able to take more tour assignments than before. Glad I connected with ASHAexperience! I bet, this ayurvedic lifestyle is the destination for a complete holistic and natural wellness journey.

How Ayurveda helps in Healing of Ailments
Ayurveda helps in healing ailments
Ayurveda is an ancient science of wellbeing physically, mentally and spiritually. The human body has a tremendous capacity to heal itself in a balanced state. Almost all the ailments can be taken care of once the body, mind, and soul are in sync. By bringing the physical and psychological systems in balance we can remove the cause of disease, its symptoms and then allow the damaged system to heal itself. The psychological state of an individual should be calm, relaxed, and stable so that it isn’t stimulated by external triggering factors and the body is in healing mode.
Ayurveda takes care of physical and emotional health
Ayurveda guides people to be conscious about their physical and emotional health by the way they conduct their day-to-day life. A dedicated and consistent approach to balance the doshas (the unique pattern of bio forces) of the body by following Ayurveda, Yoga Meditation and diet makes a conducive environment for any disease to heal faster.
Follow Ayurvedic Diet
Ayurveda had long back established the relation between our eating habits and our health, hence it becomes important to nourish ourselves as per Ayurveda guidelines to be a healthier being. Consuming fresh fruits and vegetables, grains, salads, herbal teas, milk, nuts, seeds, honey, freshly prepared food on a daily basis are beneficial for your health. Use of Frozen and processed food items, preserved, fermented, deep fried, too spicy foods, food containing artificial colours, flavours should be limited. Non vegetarian preparations, alcohol and caffeine should be consumed in moderation.
Ayurveda has given immense importance to physical activity to attain a desirable health .Yoga is an important part of Ayurveda which helps to maintain the physiological functions of the body to run smoothly. It is just not about certain postures but bringing the body to follow a certain kind of dynamics so that the energies flow freely in the body and therefore enhancing the quality of life.
Ayurveda on Sexual Wellness
Ayurveda has given a lot of emphasis on sexual wellness, which is very often ignored by many of us, but has a very significant effect on our health. Ayurveda has a separate segment known as vajikarna chikitsa which recommends the use of herbal supplements and panchkarma treatments to enhance sexual wellness as it contributes in the emotional health of an individual and healing.
Meditation is again a very important part of Yoga which heals the souls. Meditation enhances spiritual health. It uplifts the vibrations and energies of an individual to overcome the ailment and helps in healing faster.

Delicious Strawberry Fruit Bowl – Best ayurvedic diet for Summer in Spain
An Ideal Diet for Summer in Spain
As summer heat increases in Spain, more fruits are available! Fruit is a wonderful breakfast option for the hotter seasons in Barcelona or Marbella in Spain when the Ayurvedic Agni (digestive fire) tends to be a little less strong because the body is trying to cool itself down, which takes away heat and strength from the digestive fire. The water content in the fruit also helps to keep the body adequately hydrated in the heat.
Lightly cooking fruit increases digestibility, and this summer strawberry fruit bowl guides you on how to spice and sauté your fruit for maximum flavor and optimal health benefits. Let us know if you enjoyed this fruitful, summer recipe:
SUMMER STRAWBERRY FRUIT BOWL
Ingredients Serve 4
- ⅓ tsp mineral or rock salt
- ¼ tsp anise seeds or anise seed powder
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- 1 tsp cardamom
- ½ Tbsp fresh chopped ginger
- 1.5 tbsp ghee (or coconut oil)
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped mint
- 4 Tbsp maple syrup
- 4 cups pears, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 cups peaches, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced in half if small and in quarters if large
Warm 1 Tbsp ghee in a medium sized saucepan. Add ¼ tsp mineral salt, anise seeds, and Tbsp of the fresh chopped ginger. Simmer until the spices’ aroma comes up, add the fennel powder, and simmer for another minute. Add the chopped pears and water to only ⅓ of the height of the pears, and simmer until they start to become soft. Add in the peaches and simmer for 1 – 2 minutes until the fruit is slightly soft. Turn off heat.
Warm ½ Tbsp ghee in a small sized saucepan. Add ⅛ tsp mineral salt and cardamom powder. Simmer until the spices aroma comes up. Add the strawberries and water to ¼ the height of the strawberries. Simmer 2 – 4 minutes until the strawberries are soft.
Transfer the pears and peaches to bowls, and top with strawberries, 1 Tbsp maple syrup and about ¾ tsp mint per serving. Enjoy!
