Is Ayurveda safe for everyone?

Ayurveda is a natural science. Ayurvedic medicines use herbs which is safe for patients as long as they are taken under the supervision of an Ayurvedic doctor. 

How many Ayurvedic Treatment Sessions Will I Need?

There is no standard course of treatment or the number of sessions advised for all since each body is different.  The treatment sessions will only be advised by our competent doctors after the first consultation. 

I have a chronic disease, can Ayurveda help?

Ayurveda is effective in providing significant relief in old and chronic health conditions. How successful the treatment is, can depend on several factors which can be explained to you by our ayurvedic doctors. 

Do I have to be vegetarian to benefit from Ayurvedic treatment?

No, you do not have to be a vegetarian to benefit from Ayurvedic medicines. However, your doctor may advise a  diet during the course of your treatment depending on your lifestyle and health condition.

Can I Make Appointments For My family, friends, colleagues and other members whom I know?

What can I expect from the virtual consultation?

Your doctor will conduct a thorough examination of your health, with a special emphasis on your diet and lifestyle. The consultation will be done according to the Authentic Ayurvedic principles of Prashna (questions) and Darshan (observation) chikitsha ( treatment ). Based on these three principles, the doctor may prescribe ayurvedic supplements along with a diet and lifestyle customized for you.

How long will it take for my ayurvedic supplement to reach me?

The ayurvedic supplement prescribed by your doctor will be dispatched to you within 24 hrs to 48 working hours after you make the payment. Our care team will follow up with you for all the ordering and payment processes. However, your medicines may take 5-7 days to reach you depending on the country you reside after it is dispatched.

What is the cancellation policy?

  1.  You can reschedule the appointment in case of no show by the doctor to attend the scheduled appointment due to any emergency or write to care@ashaexperience.com.
  2. You can reschedule the appointment prior to the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  3. No refund in case of an appointment is canceled by you within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  4.  No refund in case of no show by you to attend the scheduled appointment
